My successful track record is based on building the culture you've seen in addition to:
• clearly defining the organization’s strategic vision with the Board and communicating it to the "troops."
• Confirming that the entire team fully understands all of the associated goals and timetables.
• Reaching consensus on the resources needed to achieve the goals within those time frames.
• Receiving each person's personal commitment (rememeber, there's no room for quitters).
• Empowering the people to do the jobs for which we hired them.
• Acting as a “safety net” using my creativity, knowledge, experience and mentorship skills.
